Maintenance and Service
You have purchased your equipment which has been implemented by Black Box and everything works accordingly. There's always the possibility that an error occurs. In that case you expect support from Black Box and you are completely entitled to it. That's why it is essential to think about maintenance before the implementation. But what exactly are the possibilities?
When a possible failure in the equipment occurs you can refer to a maintenance contract that contains a Service Level Agreement (SLA). This agreement describes what you might expect from Black Box and what the involved costs are.

Besides that, Black Box will always realise a faster response time either by phone or remotely. Naturally setting up a customized contract is an option.
In the maintenance contract we document how often we will be visiting you to present an incident report. Previous failures and presented solutions are discussed, but also the future of your equipment. For instance if there are important updates with new possibilities, we could include these in on of our regular reports.
Besides the standard maintenance service Black Box can offer you more. We can take care of the tactical and operational maintenance. We can do this for you based on an hourly rate as well as a port rate. Management can be done remotely as well as on-site.
